About the Role:

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team, gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions and contributing to initiatives that support our people and culture. Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and assist with documentation.
- Contribute ideas for employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Support in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Collaborate on HR projects, policy improvements, and process enhancements.
- Manage inventory of stationery and IT assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Professional appearance, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work from the office and actively contribute to the team.
