About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvement within an IT consulting environment. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support client projects and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Assist in analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in data analysis and create basic reports using Excel and other tools.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and related documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL or basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with business analysis tools or techniques.
• Academic projects involving process analysis or system design.
