Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Figma/UI designs into responsive, functional, and high-performance web applications.
• Build and maintain the frontend using React and manage application state with Redux.
• Ensure the application adheres to UI/UX best practices and meets design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features efficiently.
• Coordinate and implement API integrations, with knowledge of .NET-based APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with clear documentation and comments.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of proven experience in web application development using React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend workflows.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience integrating APIs, ideally with .NET backends.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm) and package managers.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering.
• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
