Scrum Master Internship
Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated Scrum Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting world of Agile project management. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our projects through the Scrum framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Scrum ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support backlog refinement: Help prioritize and break down user stories into actionable tasks.
- Track project progress: Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and identify potential roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication: Assist with clear communication between team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Learn and grow: Actively seek opportunities to learn about Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management best practices.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred).
- Strong interest in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) a plus.
