Founded in 2016, Cloudworks is claim to have capabilities in robotic process automation (RPA), data analytics and AI, with specializations in strategy, business and technology consulting. In addition Cloudworks is also known for Oracle Cloud-based solutions in Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management and Human Capital Management which help maximize the business value for clients’ investments in Oracle Cloud.

Furthermore, the company is said to be a global expertise across a full range of Oracle Solutions with thousands of Oracle-skilled consultants – to help accelerate digital transformation.

With an undisclosed financial terms, Cloudworks is claimed to be the third Oracle-focused acquisitions Accenture has undertaken in 2021 with the others including Nell’Armonia – a France based consulting and technology company specialized in enterprise performance management solutions and AppsPro – a Saudi Arabia based Oracle Cloud implementation service providers.
