Job Description
We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Asset Management Data Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organizing, analyzing, and managing large volumes of data collected from various sources. This role involves working directly with one of our key clients on major projects, requiring a high degree of self-sufficiency and outstanding time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidating complex asset management data from multiple sources into a single database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and consistency.
- Using advanced Excel skills, including VBA, to analyse, interpret and present data.
- Utilizing SQL to query and manipulate data, drive insights, and inform decision-making processes.
- Leading and managing project tasks, requiring self-sufficiency in time management and the ability to work closely with our key client on major projects.
- Working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
- Leveraging previous asset management experience to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Developing and implementing data management and storage strategies to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-based initiatives and optimize business operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience in asset management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, and SQL.
- Strong experience in project management and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to thrive in a high-intensity, dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- A detail-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
