Overview

On January 31, 2013 the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) announced National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Major Sources: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers. The rule places numerical limits on Particulate Matter (PM), Hydrogen Chloride (HCl), Mercury (Hg), and Carbon Monoxide (CO):
