US EPA Monitor Data Checking (MDC) Software is revised as of May 1, 2007. Version 4.2.57 supports importing, editing, and evaluating Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) NOx and NOx Ozone Season monitoring plans and initial certification applications.
